Theme: “Camp E on Farm ”
Session: June 10th - 14th
Fees: $160.00 for the week
Ages: 5-14 years old
Campsite: Yankee Park
Centerville, Ohio
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Transportation: Parents provide transportation to and from the campsite.
Morning drop-off is between 8:45 – 8:55.
Afternoon pick- up is at 4:00 p.m. at Yankee Park.
Transportation is secured to carry children to and from
the campsite for all field trips.
Enrollment: Our capacity per session is 36 campers.
The application needs to be returned as soon as possible
with a $30.00 deposit; no later than June 1, 2013.
Medical: A physical must have been completed within 2 years of the start of Camp.
One cannot attend without this form completed and signed by their physician.
